Data Recovery

At Lavender Consulting, in response to demand from our clients, we now offer a Data Recovery Service.

Our range of data recovery tools can be employed not only to undelete accidentally deleted files, but also recover your files after disk drive or memory card failure, after virus attack or software malfunction.

At present, we offer this service to

• Desktop PC's, Laptop PC's and Servers based on Microsoft Windows ™
• USB memory sticks
• USB hard drives (portable hard drives)
• Most forms of memory card - for example used in Digital Cameras and MP3 players

Remember! To maximise the chances of recovering your lost files, do not use the disk drive/memory stick etc. again. All you need to do is get in touch, and supply us with the details of your data loss incident. We can let you know straight away if we can help.

We co-ordinate the sending or retrieval of failed items - and the return/reinstallation (if necessary) on your premises.

Note: The Data Recovery service is run on a best efforts basis and is not guaranteed. Many factors effect the ability of the deployed hardware and software tools to recover lost data or to read from failed storage media.
